You've invested greatly in things that are not nearly close to illuminating the Spirit.  Something big will be needed to change this situation.  You remember when Moses protected the people in the wilderness?  It's going to need to be like that.  This time it will be for real.

The Creator has not forgotten you people.  He has come to sort things out, to get things straight. He has come as a person.  This person will be falsely accused and condemned to death.  The Creator understands- His intention is mercy, not retribution.  And everyone who sees through the Spirit, not through intellect will understand and receive new life.  Here's the paradox.  He comes with light. But many will not even detect it.  The light is the truth, and all who see it will see their Creator, and will become family.   They will qualify.
